First of all, Im getting sick of these "if not.. i will resign" situations... I mean... we are all grown people here.. we can sort our issues out, without resorting to that kind of action...

Anyway... If you wish to leave for some time, you're free to do it... a few days off may do you some good...
I just ask you not to disappear for TOO much time... since we're at the beggining here, we need all the help we can get...
