Assuming that when Zedium Retrurns the City's foundation will be completed....

When is the Jailing, Torture, and Gallows work expected to begin?

How long do you think it will take (estimate) untill Naratyr is released publically (Atleast Jailing must be implemented in the city before i can control it)

Are there any ideas as to how to get Torture, and Gallows to work? And is anything being done about forumlating those ideas into Script form. I know I have a few ideas myself, but when it comes to scripting them, im lost.

and Are there any plans on adding more developers to the Dysotopia Project, to speed up long awaited things Such as Naratyr while allowing Bri to work on the more complicated things like Tradeskills?

I'd be happy to help out wherever possible, like I'm doing with Tuskandale. But I doubt Bri will allow outside help because of some legal issues or something.

actually, it isn't so much Bri not allowing help as it is Gesh. He does not want unproven(if that is an appropriate term) people working with the raw code because of what happens if they mess up. As a result everything goes slower, but without as much errors. At least that is what he last told me. icon_wink.gif

Well, if Gesh is afraid of errors he should probably hire Androids.

Even practiced scripters make mistakes, the only thing that doesn't make mistakes is androids. Androids are perfect in every way, and eight times more efficient than the average human. They also never go on strike.

But either way, slow or fast, now or never, I am just glad Naratyr is going to come into existance sometime.

Bri would allow outside help. It's Gesh being a ...well let's say he's a great scripter but I don't really like the person much anymore. Offered him a mod as large as Dyso itself to be added to Dysotopia and for a full year he couldn't be bothered to give a straight answer. It's not a legal issue, it's a personality issue far as i can see. So expect everything to continue going at a snail's pace...
But hey in a year or so MAYBE you'll have your precious city.
Me, I'm getting rather tired of Dyso again which is the reason I'm barely on these days anymore. And yes that sounded as spitefull as it was meant to.
I know we're not supposed to spit on the holy name of Gesh.
Call me a heretic, I don't like him anymore.

Yes, everyone screws up now and again. And Falk does have a point. Dyso is expanding really slowly compared to other mods. If we had a few people working on the lesser scripts while Bri tackles the harder ones things would go a lot faster. And I bet there a lot of dyso players that can script that are willing to help.
