Greetings!

After consultations with the Deputy Mayor and the Prince - and striking an agreement with a good Dwarven construction firm, I'm pleased to announce that work on Eleriina East has begun.

And just what, you may ask, will Eleriina East have?

Among other things...

* New homes for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor
* New City Hall building for City Affairs and/or Trials
* The Eleriina Theater (for all you actors/signers out there)
* A new Inn (as yet unnamed)
* A few new shops
* Additional homes (once the real estate market reopens...)

While we are still working on the interiors of these buildings, feel free to visit Eleriina East and get a feel for the layout of that part of town.

Finally a theater for those young bards that always arrive fresh with performance on the mind... that's very good... and new shops are never bad for buisness... can you say... GOLD?!

Well done.

Maybe I can demonstrate the nuances of a magical competition with the new theater... if I can find a young student who is willing to be trained in a flashy way... this opens up new possibilities... Most Excellent.
